🚚 Standard Delivery Within Australia

All orders are handmade and dispatched from Melbourne.
Deliveries are handled exclusively by Australia Post.

Processing Time

All candles are made to order.
Please allow 7–8 business days due to Christmas for your order to be processed before dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • Remote or regional areas may take longer.

  • We rely on Australia Post to deliver within its recommended timeframes.

Maple Beech Co cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

  • $10 flat rate postage & handling (Australia-wide)

  • FREE standard delivery on orders $99+

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this to follow your delivery’s progress.

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase.
If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or burned candles

  • Custom-made items (if applicable)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Because candles are a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been burned, tested, or used.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is not in its original condition.

  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.

  • The item is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will email you to confirm we have received your return.

  2. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are back in our possession.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or arrive faulty.
To arrange an exchange, please contact sales@maplebeechco.com.au.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
