Before you light the candle.
Everything customers usually want to know before choosing a dessert candle.
How long will my candle burn?
Our full-size candles have an approximate burn time of 45–50 hours when cared for correctly.
How should I care for my dessert candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, keep the candle away from draughts and never burn it for longer than the recommended time on the care label.
Can the crumble move during delivery?
A small amount of loose crumble may shift in the bubble wrap during shipping. It can be gently sprinkled back onto the candle and will burn as intended.
When will my order be sent?
Our current processing time is 5-7 business days before dispatch.
How do the bundle offers work?
Choose any two candles for $70, three for $100 or four for $120. Add the eligible candles to your cart and follow the offer instructions shown on the website.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Australian orders of $99 or more receive free shipping. Orders below $99 have a flat $10 shipping rate.
