These candles look EXACTLY like the pictures, and are so realistic. They're more convincing than a lot of plastic desserts in the windows of stores. Really incredible and so cute! One possible drawback is, and I can't believe I'm saying this... the scent of these candles is almost TOO strong! They fill a room with mouthwatering smells even while unlit, and when lit I can only leave it burning for 30 minutes or so for the room to be full of the candle aroma. A good strength to fill a large room, but can become overpowering in a smaller room like a bedroom.
