Bright lemon zest, soft meringue, a buttery crust that crumbles exactly right. Tart and sweet and golden at the edges — the way it always was, the way it always will be.

Some recipes only exist in memory now. This one keeps them close.

We recommend placing the candle on a heat-resistant surface and using a protective layer underneath, as the candle may overflow.
